The 'X' in the recipe name stands for whatever sliced meat you use when you make it. This recipe has unlimited variations: every sort of salami, ham, chicken, turkey, and every variety of cheese. Take your pick.

Hearty breakfast for two.

	Cook 4 eggs in the Ultimate Egg Poacher to your preference.
	Lay 4 slices of meat on a cookie sheet (if they are big slices,  you may want to use 2 eggs to 1 slice).
	Place eggs on top of the meat slices, flat side down.
	Salt. pepper and spice to taste.
	Cover eggs with (quite) thin slices of a favourite cheese.
	Place under broiler until cheese melts.
	Serve with a spatula.
